YOGA at the Pool

Join Kristina for a gentle 45 minute Vinyasa Flow class suitable for for all levels, including beginners. Helping you to improve strength and mobility through movement, all wrapped up within the power of relaxation.

Monday mornings 10-10.45am followed by 15 minutes swim (optional). Don’t forget your mat, and sunglasses!

If the weather is poor we will move into the sports pavilion.
