Solstice Swims June 21 June 2023

2 Tickets available for this remarkable event
The summer solstice occurs at the moment the earth’s tilt toward the sun is at a maximum. Therefore, on the day of the summer solstice, the sun appears at its highest elevation with a noontime position that changes very little for several days before and after the summer solstice.
Critics considered The Summer Solstice as pro-woman!

Blue Full Moon 31 August 2023 9:00-10:30pm

Have you ever heard the expression “once in a blue moon?” It means ‘not very often,’ or ‘very rarely,’ but exactly how often does a so-called blue moon occur? Does the moon ever really appear blue? The expression “blue moon” has been around for a very long time, and it almost always refers to a full moon of a very special kind, but sometimes it is really a description of the moon, which for different reasons turns blue.
